Can I apply for a refund of money or goods?
- Product Returns:
- If you purchase a product from Jaens Spa and are not satisfied with the product, you can return it in its original, unused condition within 3 days after the date of purchase.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify that it has not been used and is in good condition, we will refund your money according to your original payment method.
- Returns of products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for a return.
- Refunds for Services:
- For spa services that you have paid for in advance and wish to cancel or refund before receiving the service, we will process your refund according to the following policy
- Cancellation maximum 12 hours before appointment: We will refund 100% of the service fee.
- Less than 12 hour cancellation or Cancellation without notice: No refunds will be given.
- Return Process:
- To begin the return process, please contact us via phone or email listed on our website.
- We will check and process your request as soon as possible.
- Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Where is Jaens Spa location?
Jaens Spa has three locations in Ubud.
- The first is Jaens Spa Ubud, at Jalan Raya Pengosekan, Ubud – Bali.

Are the treatments for reservation only?
Reservations are highly recommended to easier organize the reservation schedule other ways we have fully booked.
Best and recommended treatment at Jaens Spa?
We have many good treatment options and we highly recommend the Bali Relaxation Massage. It is a good relaxation massage by Balinese massage technique relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing. It achieves this because of the general benefits of massage: it improves your blood circulation, so your organs and skin get more oxygen.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment.
Is there any transportation service?
No, we currently do not provide pick-up and drop-off services due to the COVID-19 pandemic regulations.
What about payment?
We accept cash (US Dollar & Indonesian Rupiah) and for credit cards VISA, Master & JCB. Checks are not accepted.
I want to visit Jaens spa the day i leave Bali. Do you keep my luggage?
Yes, we have a room to keep guests’ luggage. Please fully enjoy our spa services. It’s open until 9:00 PM. To get the transfer service to airport please check our transport service page.
Can male guests enjoy Jaens spa treatment?
Yes, Jaens spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests. We have female and male therapist. It is popular among male guests as well.
How about if I have children?
For 6 years old or above we have a special treatment for your child, but for 5 years old and below please make sure that there is a nurse or someone who can watch the children.
What if I am pregnant?
We don’t have any special treatment for pregnant women.
What if i have a sensitive skin?
Jaens spa treatment products are hand made VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) and natural holistic healing spa product and Biokos Martha Tilaar for all facial skin type. If you have specific problem with your skin, please ask at the time of booking.
Can I get internet access at Jaens Spa?
Yes. Jaens spa provide FREE WI FI service at the lobby area.
What kind of treatment room that Jaens Spa have?
All of our rooms are private. furthermore you can request to choose a room with one bed or 2 bed if you come with your partner
What if i want to cancel an appointment?
Hopefully, you don’t have to cancel. However, plans may change. If you are obliged to cancel, please contact Jaens Spa at least 24 hours in advance. You could also change your reservation to another time if available. Please contact Jaens Spa soon to change your reservation time.
What if I arrive late?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.
Is there a deposit required for a reservation?
Please making payments in advance, for more than 4 guests and more than 2 million transactions.
Can I have spa home service?
Yes, we are pleased to assist spa home service which is maximal 3 KM from our spa with additional fee for our therapist IDR 20.000/one way
(example: price for traditional Balinese massage IDR 195.000 + therapist fee IDR 20.000/one way = totally your payment will be IDR 215.0000.)
If your location more far away than 3 KM totally the transport fee will be settle by your own, then we are pleased to provide local taxi and the price will be depending on how far is your location
(example: price for traditional Balinese massage IDR 195.000 + transport fee IDR 200.000/one way = totally your payment will be IDR 395.000).
For this service you are required to settle 50% deposit from the price of each treatment. You can pay it through our bank transfer or others that you can confirm through our customer service
Where should I park?
Our parking area is quite large. You may park in front of our spa
Will I be able to purchase the products that are used in my treatments?
We carry a full array of professional spa products so you can duplicate the benefits at home. Our spa product may be purchase in spa lobby with our receptionist.
How can I purchase a spa gift card?
Whether for an anniversary, honeymoon, congratulations, birthday, or rewards is wonderful to say “Congratulations” or “Thank you”. Gift cards may be purchased in our spa lobby with our receptionist or through our website: www.jaensspa.com
Can I bring a pet?
We are not allowed our guest to bring their pet.
